本公司成立於西元1988年，當時為配合北部工廠，對固定設備安裝及轉動機械維修保養業迫切需要而設立。

　　本公司成員來自國內外大專院校相關科系畢業，及高工機工科或職訓合格技術士。成員大部分曾工作於中油桃園煉油廠及顧問工程公司，均有相當熟稔實務經驗。

　　10年來與歐、美、日等各大廠家(如ABB, GHH, ELLIOTT, DRESS-RAND, INGERSOLL-RAND, KSB, COOPER, SURZER, THOMASSEN, ABB KK, MIKUNI, MITSUBISHI等)配合原廠技師或自行規劃安裝試車，檢修保養等一系列工程。並曾協助中油，中石化，杜邦遠東，亞東氣體等公司之設備安裝及年度歲修保養工作。

　　本公司對任何施工品質嚴謹，工期掌握確實，工安及環境衛生均按標準程序作業，廣受業界好評及推崇。並於1999年榮獲杜邦遠東T9及T10廠年度歲修績優廠家。

　　本公司除對既有客戶服務外，亦對新建石化廠，工業氣體廠，電子廠之設備安裝及轉動機械安裝保養提供服務，並願聯合顧問公司，儀電工程公司對整廠新建工程提供貢獻。

     Our company was established in 1988, in order to cope with high demands from factories in northern Taiwan for installation and maintenance of fixed and rotating machines.

Our company comprises members from various universities, local and abroad, specializing in relevant field including qualified technicians and engineers.?Majority of them have working experience in CPC Taoyuan Plant, and consulting companies with a lot of field experience.

Over the years, we have worked extensively with companies from Europe, USA and Japan (such as ABB, GHH, Elliot, Dress-Rand, Ingresoll-Rand, KSB, Cooper Surzer, Thomassen, Abb, KK, Mikuni, Mitsubishi etc), cooperating with the company's specialists in installation, trial run and scheduled maintenance. In addition, we have actively involved ourselves in the CPC, Dupont FarEast, and Ahtong Gas Companies' engineering projects.

Our company is able to meet the strict project quality standards , working within the target completion dates and with proper safety health environment measures. We are recognised in the industries with good commendation and recommendation.?In 1999, we were awarded the Company of The Year by Dupont Far East T9 and T10 Plants.

Besides our current working areas in the servicing our customers, we are also looking forward to cooperate with consulting, instrumentation and electrical companies in setting up new petrol and gas factories.
